Being: the Change offers a range of transformative workshops to support the development of change-makers in the organisational context.

Workshops are customised to meet your unique environment and challenges. They also include systems to promote ongoing learning in the workplace, including individual and/or group coaching where appropriate.

Areas of focus:

  • Collaboration - establishing a framework for having constructive conversations with internal and external stakeholders, and developing the skills to support the desired outcome; includes negotiation, influencing and courageous conversations

  • Leadership - focusing on how the leader is “being”, in terms of their self-awareness, conversations, and the ability to think and act strategically in complex and uncertain contexts

  • Resilience - managing the emotional impact of organisational change initiatives
